BVP 50 Day Outline
Sup buckos! I’m on a journey to become the best version of myself, and I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same. Since so many of you asked for more information about my 50 Day Journey, I’m happy to give a free outline to get you started! While I’ve provided a brief outline below, I’ve also created a detailed, 15 page guide with explanations and helpful suggestions for the 50 Day Journey. This guide is included in the Super Access membership, and it is also available through our store. The 50 Day Outline is more about cultivating a positive foundation for growth through repetition and consistency than it is about having a new daily challenge - which is also great, but it's simply not the purpose of this particular journey (A 30 Day journey outline, anyone?)
Week 1: Goodbye to the Old You
Included Activities: Room Organization, Vision Board, Goal Book, Personal Contract Template Week 1 is about getting on the right track. It's about getting your physical and mental space in the right direction to start taking your ambitions to the next level.
Week 2-3: Positive Habit Formation
Work on building 2 "small" habits over the indicated weeks. It's difficult, if not impossible to completely develop a habit in two weeks, which is why it's important to stay consistent with these habits all the way to Day 50 and beyond!
Week 4-5: New Routines
Create new morning/night routines that reflect the version of you that you’ve always wanted to become. While I include a few tips for how to adapt to a new routine in my 50 Day Guide, I plan on posting more information about effective morning/night routines on my YouTube channel in the coming weeks!
Week 6: Creating a Plan
Create a detailed, task-driven action plan to get from where you are now, to where you want to be. This is definitely the most difficult part of the journey, but it is also the most rewarding. If you don’t know how to create and organize an effective plan, Week 6 will be very, very hard. I give more information about how to create an effective action plan in my 50 Day Guide, and I’m excited to provide my Action Plan templates for Premium Access and Super Access members in the coming weeks! Day 50: Final Day
Reflect upon your journey, write about what you’ve learned, and make a plan noting the subsequent steps you’ll take to ensure what you’ve gained from this experience last for weeks, months, and years to come! Disclaimer: The term "best version of myself" is extremely subjective and difficult to measure. I don't believe someone can obtain their "best self" in merely 50 days, but I do think a person can develop an amazing foundation for growth that will set them up for success in the following weeks, months, and years if the actions taken and lessons learned throughout the journey are continued with consistency. Even if we can't become our absolute best in 50 days, I believe the 50 Day Journey creates better habits, better routines, better plans, and, eventually, a better you.
